Amanda currently works as the Director of Social Marketing & Client Services for Northwest Strategies, with more than a decade in communications and marketing.
Amanda has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Public Communications, with an Emphasis in Public Relations and Advertising, and a Minor in Psychology.
Her award-winning work on community-based health campaigns statewide include efforts for the Alaska Network on Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault, the State of Alaska Office of Substance Misuse and Addiction Prevention, the State of Alaska Obesity Prevention and Control Program, and the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium.
She serves on the Volunteers of America Alaska Board to bring her learned experience to promote the mission and services. Amanda joined the Board of Directors in August of 2018.
