Grandfamilies Network Program
This is a one of a kind, statewide support program for grandparents raising grandchildren. This program provides ongoing support groups, brunches, case management, information, assistance and limited respite funds. It also includes camps for the children and grandparents, a lending library, a statewide newsletter, toll free hot line for counseling and referrals. There is also the offer of training and assistance to any group or individual interested in facilitating support for Grandparents Raising Grandchildren.
